a)       Refund on the basis of change of timings/transport/other tuitions etc. will not be entertained. Please take care of it before joining.

          We will refund the fee according to the formula mentioned in (d) within next 10days.In case of transfer of parent you will have to bring original TC                    along with photocopy.

b)      Fee will NOT be calculated on per month basis or number of days (As we take extra efforts to cover the syllabus early)

c)      Once the syllabus is over, no fee refund is possible under any circumstances as we charge fee on the basis of syllabus coverage.

d)     (i) If fee refund is demanded after 90 days then Fee that can be refunded at any time will be calculated by the formula :

           [(Number of chapters left for syllabus coverage)/ (Total number of chapters)] x (tuition fee dposited)      {if more than 90 days have passed} .

          (ii)  If fee refund is claimed within 90 days then ₹1000 per day will be charged from the date of joining to the day when refund is asked

                 (All days inclusive).(Student absent from class/Sundays/Holidays/Joining date/Date of refund etc. will also be included)

e)        Mobile Application and Stationery are one time charges and cannot be refunded in any case and are not included in calculating refund.

f)         In case of refund , all scholarships/discount will be deducted/cancelled.
